We are delighted to extend an invitation to everyone to participate in the International Day of Yoga 2024 and the IDUK Sports Awards, organized by the Indian Diaspora in the UK (IDUK) Group. - Venue: Arbour Park Stadium, Slough SL2 5AY
- Featuring: Zumba, Yoga, Sports Awards, Cultural Performances, and Food Stalls
The International Day of Yoga is a global initiative that promotes physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. By participating, you will have the opportunity to engage in yoga sessions, enjoy energetic Zumba classes, and experience diverse cultural performances. Additionally, the event will include the prestigious IDUK Sports Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements in sports within the community.
